Win10 is going away, and one of the options some folks are pushing is switching to Linux, e.g., endof10[.]org/ . It's not terribly hard to get Linux installed & running, though you'll spend lots of time with Google finding out how to do stuff & looking for software that can do what you want/need. Problem is, there's not always a competent, comparable alternative to the software you use now in Windows. Wine, a compatibility layer you can add to Linux, **may** let you run your Windows apps as-is. winehq[.]org/ If not, you can run Windows software in a Windows VM. After installing Virtual Machine host software you create a new virtual machine, install Windows 11 to that new VM, start it, and install whatever apps. And from then on you'll have to fire up that Windows VM, then run your software in what's essentially another PC running in a window. WinApps is an alternative that allows Windows software running in a VM to act as if it was running natively in Linux, though it will take a bit of work to get everything set up.
