As has been widely reported, April's updates add an empty C:\inetpub folder to your system drive. And most of the people who've noticed just deleted it [myself included], figuring it was just another trivial bug -- you know, the sort of minor annoyance Windows is choc full of. Turns out however, Microsoft says Leave It There. The only explanation offered is: "This behavior is part of changes that increase protection and does not require any action from IT admins and end users."
