I don't know how many people still have Paragon software installed -- they used to be a GOTD regular, but they haven't updated their consumer software for years now. The file at fault is biontdrv.sys, a kernel driver that's being actively exploited as well as included in malware campaigns or attacks. Microsoft has added the abused version of the driver file to it's blocked driver list. The small [216KB] patch, Paragon-PSP-25001-DL_x64.msi, adds a "Driver Security Patch" folder to the Program Files\ Paragon\ folder with a new version of that driver. It replaced the old files in HDM 17 Advanced & HDM 25 Anniversary LE, but Not in HDM 16 Advanced, so you need to check and copy/paste the new driver file manually if necessary. A copy of biontdrv.sys is stored in the bluescrn & program subfolders.
