Acer is the 1st company to announce a 10% price increase for laptops sold in the US because of tariffs, says other companies may increase prices more than that basically because they can. Acer, and most likely other manufacturers may move production out of China, but that's a lengthy process and no one's sure what tariffs are going to target what countries yet.

AI uses a LOT of memory, and companies building AI data centers are willing to pay top dollar for it. Chinese companies are also producing DDR4 RAM, selling it at 1/2 the price of major brands. Because of that those major brands may stop making DDR4 RAM, leading to a shortage. And as they shift focus to producing memory for AI, they'll make less DDR 5 RAM, so prices are expected to increase.
