1st note that just because Google Play is installed, that Does Not mean every app or game will work. The instructions call for downloading the individual pieces, installing WSL [Windows Susbsystem for Linux] to modify the Subsystem for Android kernel, and then enabling the Subsystem for Android with Google Play.
