This is the same version previously given away, and if you Google Ashampoo Undeleter, the Ashampoo page with I assume the current version, is also the same v. 1.11, with the main executable file dated 1/17/2017. Installation adds the program's folder, while the registry gets an Ashampoo key plus a key for uninstall. If you copy the installed app's program folder, or use Universal Extractor on the setup file, which gives you the same program folder, running Ashampoo Undeleter will give you a prompt for the key [which is the same for everyone], and then run fine. In that case the registry gets one Ashampoo key, containing fewer values than if it had been installed.
