It works, though using the Caphyon installer, which uses Windows Installer adds a fair amount of unneeded impact to Windows. Personally I copy the program's folder from a VM where it's been installed & run & register that in my regular copy of WIn10. The app itself is quite small, runs just from that copied WiFiPasswordRecoveryPro folder, and uses a single registry key to store the key.
Note that Win10 itself will give you a list of WiFi passwords stored in Windows, and let you import that list to another device or copy of Win10 if you've got enough passwords to make it worthwhile.
