NOBODY makes perfect software, so you might find that object removal &/or repair apps, plugins, or features in editing apps don't do the job you need done. While it's not the 1st app I'd try, Soft Orbits Photo Retoucher 5.0 is worth having as another option when your tool(s) of choice isn't cutting it. It may not work either, but at least trying is an option.
Installation is low impact on Windows with one exception -- it causes the registry to re-write the Components section, which is a huge amount of registry churn. It's not necessarily bad, or [usually] avoidable, but I wanted to mention it's there -- a plain text file listing all the new entries Just In HKLM = ~70 MB! Otherwise everything but the desktop & start menu shortcuts are in the program's folder.
Myself, since I monitored its install in a VM, I copied the program's folder to my regular copy of win10, saved & then merged the newly added [HKCU\Software\softorbits\SoftOrbitsPhotoRetoucher] key, & all is well.
