Hi there
I have been using the Giveaway of the Day Feed Service on 2, 3 sites for several years, for which I'm very grateful, as I also profit directly from the download offers.
One thing I have noticed is IF using => "single.php - this template displays full information for one selected giveaway", on days like today 1st July, when there is more than one giveaway, i.e. AllMyNotes Organizer Deluxe 3.30, ZoogVPN 6 Months Free Plus Plan and DAEMON Tools Pro 8 Lifetime, somehow, it seems for those using the GFS, that the software with limited licenses requiring some form of competition is the (only) one ALWAYS provided.
In today's example, it's "Giveaway of the Day - DAEMON Tools Pro 8 Lifetime". In some cases you get offers of those interested expected to "compete" for 10 or some other very limited number of licenses, often much less that today's.
For these giveaways options, I would certainly prefer "AllMyNotes Organizer Deluxe 3.30", which is also the main offer on today's GOTD page, to be printed by the GFS.
It's understandable, if the GFS code can only avail one giveaway.
My suggestion is either to:
- make it possible for GFS to print all the available offers of that day (I mean here with => "single.php") OR...
- if that's not possible, to please leave out the offers involving having to compete for licenses and instead only the main offer appearing at GOTD, which in today's case would be AllMyNotes Organizer Deluxe 3.30.
I'm not referring to => "index.php - main template, displays brief information for current and archived giveaways", because I'm not using this on the concerned pages, as it's too much information. index.php, probably used in example at https://www.giveawayoftheday.com/gfs/sample/ prints all the days offers BUT also the archive.
In my case, this, in the sample - [i]minus the archive would be perfect and preferable to only one day's option requiring competing for a couple of licenses.
I would very much appreciate if you could look into this.
Thank you and would very much appreciate some feedback.
