4 takeaways from this recording app...
1) It uses ffmpeg, which works, but there's better audio software [including free] if quality matters -- recording on-line streaming audio it may not.
2) As usual Leawo runs the installer for an older version of the Microsoft C/C++ runtimes in C:\ rather than in the usual user temp folder, which leaves lots of leftovers lying around. Also, check Windows Update when done because of those runtimes.
3) While there's a Driver folder in the program's folder, the actual driver .inf file is just referenced, and not found anywhere. Because of the GOTD wrapper I could not attempt to expand the files in the setup app, and have no idea if it's in there and just wasn't installed, perhaps because it wasn't needed. If your PC/laptop does not have stereo mix or similar as a recording input, you'll need that add-on driver to record playing audio. Google on something like stereo mix driver and you should see a few alternatives.
4) Leawo sells a 1 year & lifetime subscription for the app. In my limited experience that likely means it'll revert to trial in 1 year.
