   Hello all:
   Avanquest is having a Advent Calendar special for December. The German page is giving away a Match 3 game called Azteca. It downloads a game center in German and enables the games.

   So far the second game Saqqarah is only enabled for 60 minutes, but is much more interesting (graphics and gameplay). If anybody figures out if how to get this as full version, please post back.
   If you click on the different country pages all the way on the bottom of the page, you will see that the offers are different for the different sites. Some better, some only promo discount coupons.

   Thanks Alex,

   It may be worth checking it out if you don't like having your browser opened when you close the game down, though, if and when the promotion ends you can always get Azteca for free from Gametop:

   It's actually a great bubble match game - not as good as the latest Luxor ones, but still an excellent one; especially for free :)

   Ditto with the thanks, Alex. Checked out the site a little and have some further info. folks might be able to use. As folks might have gleaned from what Alex said, click on the link and you get a nice looking Christmas intro ad in German that contains the giveaways. You click on the number up in the sky that corresponds to the day of the week, today's is highlighted by rotating stars. You would assume that the older day giveaways are dead, but I haven't tried that, yet. The reason: you've got to give info. - email and name. Of course, whether you give true information, or... "less than true" information is beyond the scope of this post. :) Also, they post one day at a time, so you can't look ahead.

   As Alex says, this company runs a Germam website, and participates in another, and has U.S., UK, French, Italian, and Spanish websites, which are linked at the bottom of each giveawy intro. What Alex was saying was: There all not doing the same giveaway at the same time. Apparently, the U.S. site isn't participating. The UK site, however, is offering genealogy software today. There's a special promo code. Whether that gives you a full version or not - ?. It will probably be most useful to UK users, as it includes six months access to a UK genealogy website. For match 3 fans, the UK website gaveaway Jewel Match on the 4th. Like I say, though, that's probably dead. If anybody registers and tries the old days, please post.

   I may look into this in more detail. I think that, however, I'll post this info. in a more general software giveaway thread. Hope this helps.

   Don't bother with the old dates, they won't work. I would have loved to have the WebPage maker from the first day, but ....
   And yes, there are different offerings on the various sites so I'm hopeful it'll appear on another one soon.
   They have a pdf maker on I think the Italian link, which actually is a good option if you don't have a full version of Adobe Acrobat and Power Desk 7 in French - so far I haven't found the button to switch to English yet ...

   I think Saqqarah is actually the better Match 3 game, it's very similar to the Curse of Montezuma that I have gotten hooked on - I'm stuck on 2 levels that I cannot get in Gold ... - anyway, perhaps WR knows another one with similar gameplay to those two.

   Cool. The UK is the Avanquest.co.uk one. I'm working on a general thread for this promo, so that might be a good place to post, too, anything else you may find out. Copying some of the stuff I put over here, over there. I'll add this new info. to that. Thanks.

   I apologize if you meant to turn the other language sites into English. If they have multiple language sites, they, obviously, may not feel the need for that.

   Or did you mean on one of the softwares? In any case, just checked and the Spanish site is the one giving away Expert PDF 4. The Italian site is giving away Fanta Morph Pro, photo morphing software, which also can convert morphed photos into videos. If you need more info. in English, the individual sites don't carry all the same software. The U.K. site does have Expert PDF 5 and PowerDesk 7. I googled Fanta Morph, it's made by a company called Abrosoft: http://www.fantamorph.com/ They offer version 4. Don't see a mention of this Pro version. They may be licensing and older version to Avanquest or may have been bought out. Couldn't tell with a quick look. Taking into account my tiny foreign language skill, the French and Spanish giveaways appear to be free. I can't tell about the Italian.

   The other German site, blitzbox.de, can be ignored unless you're having download problems. It seems to mirror the avanquest.de site giveaways exactly.

   Hey Alex, I got the WebsiteX5 to work. I posted here in case you didn't bother to read through all the junk I posted in the other thread. Obviously, I get wordy sometimes.
