   my activation key doesn't work. i install the software then i try to register it with your key but the key doesn't work. it's the first time.

   GOTD have already removed it and replaced it with something else.

   i have the same problem as alebatman I went back to the site to see if i missed something and the giveaway is different now I am a loss as to what is going on .

   This is a new system they are trying out: Giveaway of the Minute!! The offerings are great, but you have to be really fast to get them activated before the next one is presented - Ha! Ha!

   the copy of zortam doesn't work today too. the program doesn't open and suggests to buy the zortam pro. i can't open it to register.

   here the same problem.. even after uninstalling and picking up a new fresh download... what a bad program this is.. I'll pass on this one

    Okay the activation doesn't work. the program won't even open up. says key is expired.
    I uninstalled the program. Cleaned out the registry. and re-downloaded the zip file
    still same problem. any help here?
    I would LOVE to have this software.

    Did you try:

    For those people that downloaded this software yesterday - command example:
    Click Start in your Windows, select run, type in

    "C:\Program Files\Zortam Mp3 Media Studio\zmmspro" register

    I could not get it to work using the command line listed by billW50, but I realized I had the extensions showing on my computer so I changed the command line from C:\Program Files\Zortam Mp3 Media Studio\zmmspro register to C:\Program Files\Zortam Mp3 Media Studio\zmmspro.exe register and it worked fine. I know this may seem like a "duh" moment, but I just thought I'd suggest it for people who are still having a problem because it was a simple mistake but other people might be having the same problem. Also, if you changed the install location to say c:\Zortam ... make sure your comand line reads c:\zortam\zmmspro.exe register. Hope this helps.

    I finally got mine installed, but....

    The problem still remains. Most people will NOT know to come to the forums to find the work around for this program. The main problem STILL need to be rectified.

    BTW -- thanks guys for the work around. :o)

    I was unable to run the set up from the GOTD site because my computer kept giving me a message stating that the "Activation module could not be run at this time. Try again later. Check your firewall settings." I disabled my firewall, pop-up blockers and virus-scanner. I attempted to run the set-up program at least a dozen times today with no luck. Therefore, I downloaded and ran the program from the Zortram site but this did not give me the registration key, of course. I have never before had trouble downloading and installing any of the GOTD programs before and have enjoyed utilizing and advertizing your site on my blog at Yahoo 360. I'm hoping that you can provide me with the key so that I can use this program. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
