activate false message?

I downloaded today's converter. Went to Activate but it gave the message "free time is passed". The website says there is 12 hours left to the end of the free time. Help?

All I can think of is to keep trying. You do have an internet connection when you are trying, right? Have you had problems with other giveawayoftheday offers before? Or is this your first?
