   I installed samsung data recovery, have a shortcut on my desktop. rebooted laptop, connected my samsung galaxy s3 but the program does not load. It spins over the shortcut but quits & nothing happens

   same thing nothing happens running windows 7 ultimate just spins for a sec and quits

   I did find by checking task master, that the samsung service was running and on checking the installed folder, there was an apk for installment on the android perhaps? I ensured that debugging was running on my android but the program still does not run?

   cant open it to register it since my samsung is at work and i wont have it till tomorrow either the application will fail or wont work due to inability to register it in time
