   I would like to see a program that would save backup copies of my EXISTING device drivers. My most serious problems occur when someone provides an update to a device driver and suddenly I have a device that doesn't work anymore. There is seldom a way to go back to the device driver that works because that driver is no longer available. Additionally, such a program could be executed either on command or on startup to notify me when a new driver has been installed that is different from the previous driver. There are plenty of programs that offer to keep your drivers up-to-date, but none that I am aware of to make easily found backup copies of existing drives.
