I visited the Publisher's Homepage for Tipard DVD Creator, like I normally do for giveaways, and was surprised to see that WOT has a warning on this safe because it has a poor reputation.
I then went to its scorecard it seems that this site has a very bad reputation for spamming and using open source software without proper credit. It does not seem to be malware or anything like that but you might want to think twice before supporting a site that is known to spam.
