Basically a pedometer/odometer & speedometer for your mouse. I'm sure someone will come up with an actual reason to use it, but nothing immediately come to mind.
Install adds 2 keys under Ashampoo, one in HKCU & one in HKLM, plus an uninstall key. Ashampoo MouseTracer folder holds 550 files [several skins], 9 folders, ~15 MB.
