Not sure what firewall you have but if it's Zonealarm I would say it's that. been using it for a few weeks and it keeps giving me problems like the "cannot access try later" which I had most of today until I realized once again it was Zonealarm. It doesn't show an error or anything, just can't download some things. Have to run it even though its running then everything works fine, gonna find something better.

It seems, that a lot of users are downloading this cool programme - it could be that a server is (too) heavily used.
Just be patient and try again. I had to wait too.

I'm having the same problem... I've tried erasing all the cookies...turned off the firewall...still "failed to connect..."

Used to access the site no problem but for the last 2 weeks or so When I try to get a program from you I get a message cannot access try later...I have no problem getting to all other sites...I dont see any mention of this problem by other users ....thanks Patq
