			<description><p>It&#39;s not clear to me what &#34;Kaspersky turned off during installation&#34; means.  It could mean you temporarily disabled it (which doesn&#39;t work), or it could mean that you booted the system with Kaspersky disabled (which is what you should do).  You also don&#39;t say what security software you&#39;re using on the Windows 7 PC.</p>
<p>But, the problem is clearly with your security software as the same downloaded file can&#39;t be OK on one PC and &#34;corrupt&#34; on another. </p>
<p>Kaspersky has a known issue with the GOTD wrapper.  Try selecting &#34;Settings : General&#34;, Turn Protection Off, reboot, install the program and then turn protection back on once the program installs (or, if you prefer, boot in &#34;safe mode with networking&#34;, install the program, reboot normally). </p>
<p>If that&#39;s what you did, then you need to look at the settings in Windows Defender and see if you can set an exclusion for GOTD.  Or, maybe update the definitions.

Error massage:<br />
The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program.</p>
<p>The same file is installed without error on windows 7.
