I wonder if your user name or part of your profile is close enough to some of the spam-posters that have been swatted to eventually trigger the spam filter's similarity lockouts?

yar, I use Firefox, but with noscript. IIRC, now there's ad-blocking you might need to disable in options.

No, am not using any script blocking. Using Firefox as always.

if you're using script blocking look to make sure you've enabled enough scripts so the site can run. things change- I know software informer it doesn't need, but other odd stuff like googleapis???

[or Chrome- they went too far a version or so back, IMNSHO- blocking add-ons that don't come through their app store. the new version lets me run sticky password again, but...]

Hi WR, Login is fine. When I post a reply to the thread
Word Association Game, it doesn't update and show my post
as the last post. I had to make a new user too a while ago.
I was "Buzz" originally. It seems to only happen on the
Word Association Game thread though. It's like if I post
to many replies in this thread, it eventually ignores me.

Can you explain what is wrong exactly (my morphine befuddled brain doesn't compute very well sometimes).

Are you able to log into your old account, or are you locked out completely? The community would not like to lose a regular visitor. We lost Mr GooGoo because he had to keep creating new accounts. He used to post virtually every day, but must have got fed up of having to create new accounts as we haven't seen him around since April.
