Read it carefully.

YOUR iPhone, etc. You probably need to provide some sort of account credentials first before using it.

If law enforcement agencies can't unlock an iPhone in criminal cases, I seriously doubt if the software can..........

smokeyblokie, which "they" are you claiming can now? Encrypted data remains inaccessible without correct passcode. Usual method is to jailbreak the phone but that leaves the existing encrypted data lost.
