Many of the positive comments for this software sound like they were created by the publisher, simply because they are listing all of the features of the software, but not mentioning much about the fact that why someone would want to have software which apparently does so many amazing things but yet cannot be used for commercial purposes. But then, who is going to monitor your work to make sure that you adhere to that requirement? So it's basically an honor system, which you can get around if you really need to, right?
If you really need a software like this, you can "rent" Adobe Illustrator CC for $20 per month for the time that you need it and then cancel your subscription. After all, unless you're a professional graphics designer, you aren't going to need this program or any other program like it for very long, just long enough to get your project done. And Illustrator doesn't have any restrictions on what its use should be.

Looks like an interesting toy rather than a serious programme. I really have a difficult time regarding any software publisher who cannot take the time to select a language with which they are FAMILIAR for publishing their helpfiles, information and general advertizing. Most certainly, English is NOT their strong suite and it may be more fun translating the instructions than using the programme.
EXIMIOUS??? Really, someone had a wonderful time selecting THAT whte elephant for a name.

The giveaway version is the basic version.
Even if it is the basic version, it is so powerful with thousands of beautiful banner, button templates, preset symbols and many pre-designed gradient style for every designer.

I had no trouble registering because I took no notice of the readme text file. At least, it wasn't clear to me. I just clicked on the 'registration' button up the top of the program's screen. Then I copied and pasted the rego key from the readme file. It was that easy. The thousands of clip art, symbols and shapes are professional and gorgeous. The many things you can create - including animated banners - for the web and DVDs are incredibly handy when doing websites or ads or multimedia DVDs.
Is there a restriction on using these creations for commercial products?

It certainly is NOT the Pro version. For two reasons : on their site the pro version is marketed on $ 69.95 and the version number is 3.01, and the regular version is marketed on $ 44.95 and has version number 5.45 as todays offer.

After registrration the BUY icon remains... and it sends me to a page offering me to buy PRO version. The program provided by GAOTD seems not to be the PRO version. -It is simply called "EximiousSoft Banner Maker" and NOT PRO as announced.

Downloaded and installed in seconds on windows 10 64 bit. Registration was a breeze. I have not played yet, but I'm thinking the strict non-com means you can't use it to make and sell the banners. I sell Etsy, and was wondering if I can use the banner on my sales page? Even if I can't it will be fun to play with. If it's a good one I just might buy it :) Thank you GOTD & EximiousSoft :)

ABMM, most ad blockers will kill only pop up's and pop unders. banners shown as part of a web page are usually ok.
if you want a fast free banner go to gifmaker.me you can make or take apart gifs etc, change sizes, set timing and more. You can even add music from youtube and its all free.
