So, sometime in the week after applying the latest update this program has disappeared, just an empty link left in start menu? First giveaway that's done this on its own. And, it is the only app that's gone missing.

Sadly the answers to the registration problem questions didn't show up until the giveaway ended and most people went to bed.
If we de-register and re-register now (a day late), will yesterday's license code still work?
As a suggestion, it would be helpful if this software would display the current license's end date.

bromberg, Yes, once it expired, it stops working unless you purchase one license.

Epubor seems to have a decent reputation, and thus should be a good program to try out. As things stand, need to open More Than One eReader app to access all owned books, and it would certainly be convenient to be able to get everything under one roof (so to speak).
Note that the Registration Email is provided in the .txt file included with the download.
Also, there are some useful looking Help / User Guide files, although these seem to only be available from the Epubor web site.

For those who got this in June 2023 with a 1 year license, what is the secret to enter the new 1 year license?
I tried installing over the old one and then uninstalling and reinstalling. It never pops up a box asking for the registration key. The software just says licensed to Giveawayoftheday but it shows no expiration date and I found no way to remove the existing license which I thought had already expired so I could enter the new one for today.

Click the "person" icon in the upper right corner --> tools --> License Manager --> De-register. Then register using the new registration code.

Had version 3.0.14.402 installed from a previous giveaway offer. Ran the new setup program and it updated to 3.0.16.241I, but there was no pop-up to enter the registration info at the program start. All info from a previous install is still there but how can I verify that the new license was activated?

I downloaded it via email link sent to me. I installed the sw and see the registration code in the txt, however the field where you can enter the license number is blocked from entry. It says on the top licensed to giveawayofthe day.
Is it properly registered at this point?

Maybe you've registered it before, you can click on "Settings" to deregister this sw first, and then register with the new one.
