I just bought the Ultimate package on eBay. However what I got looks like cracked software to me. I'm trying to verify that so I can file a complaint with eBay, but Epubor doesn't seem to understand my English and I speak no Chinese.

Very frustrating. I wonder how good support will be.

Carol B, It's not illegal. Using it may be, however people have bought books from these companies and had them deleted by remote control which is very frustrating. BTW, Epubor protects its own software from copying - and people crack that and post it online. It's a circle of something.

Cannot convert the recent audio books (in the current Audible file format, with the .aaxc extension).
Useless.

This software is so good, I have paid for it some time ago, you can split into chapters by selecting the options on the right of each file.

Very quick and never failed to convert any Audiobooks.

Easy to register. Converted and split in to chapters easily. Basically does what it says on the tin.
