You enter the provided Registration Email and Code in the .txt file and it activates.

In testing, I disconnected my Internet connection while running a file and it was not interrupted. Considering it began immediately, I'm fairly certain no files are uploaded. That and the fact that a more powerful graphics card is required (processing done locally). Their Homepage link on the right of this page mentions the graphics requirements. I wouldn't bother unless you have an Nvidia RTX or equivalent AMD graphics card.

TONY, worked completely offline for me. Internet connection is required for registration only. The program tries to connect to the same server every time it starts though.

I have not installed it yet, but I looked over the website. I'm pretty sure this works locally. It seems to rely on your graphics card to do most of the work. On the website, there is no login option, and the software cost shows up as normally as one time annual fee, which highly suggests this does not require any external server/ai service to connect to. So I would guess this works on your pc.

TONY, The AI models used for this are OLD and not efficient and VERY SLOW. You will have very little joy using this on a laptop on the go.... the battery will go flat long before you manage to do any serious work with it. I tried it and it operates by exporting all the frames to a plethora of PNG files and then processes them one PNG at a time and in my case using 50% of GPU peaking for a fraction of a second at 100% leaving the GPU mostly unused until the next PNG loaded into the GPU which seems to take age... Uninstalled as a waste of space with no meaningful controls to enable all the claimed effects.

Mike, Intel HD Graphics is non an GPU-Card, its built-iin in your processor. GPU-cards are normally with something like RTX, Radeon or ARC in their name.

Mike, keep in mind that all of these upscale software needs dedicated graprichs card.

GPU cards above are not modern, so time is even much more with these minimum cards.

Mike, most likely any GPU card, i.e. one where the GPU has its own dedicated memory. What you list is an integrated GPU that shares regular RAM with the rest of the system and it's not supposed to work.

Mike, most AI needs Nvidia CUDA, not Intel or AMD graphics cards. Nvidia is the standard for AI programs and has created the software frameworks. You also usually need a new card with 16GB of memory, not lower end cards (e.g. 5070) with less memory for video processing.

Mike, apparently from their products home page they only support:

Says on the product page: "GPU Acceleration Required". AI does best utilizing a discreet [separate] GPU, i.e., a graphics card rather than the GPU that's usually part of the CPU. Some AI software will use the CPU, very slowly, if it can't find & use a discreet GPU, but apparently EnhancePro AI is not such an app. AFAIK, & FWIW, LM Studio is the only AI software that can actually use the built in GPU.

Mike, this program requires a graphics card, i.e. a GPU with its own dedicated memory. The Intel HD Graphics 3000 you mentioned is an "integrated GPU" i.e. it's integrated with the CPU's chipset, does not have its own memory and shares the regular RAM with the rest of the system.
