I saw someone mentioned that it can replace (or do all that) Outlook. I see no reference in the software to do email. I would be very interested in a software that would replace outlook.

Works well for me. Downloaded and installed without any problems and seems to be quite good.

The problem with this program is that I only have a few countries to select from when I'm entering a new contact and my own country is missing in the list.

Amusing or not as these comments MAY be, no one has actually attempted to say anything useful about the product whatsoever in whatever form, I come here to be informed by others whether a product is any good, and whether it would be of any use to me, so stop pissing around and start saying something constructive!

Does this software synch with Google Calendar/Tasks?

Perhaps it means that a woman can use it to turn an inefficient man into an efficient organiser !

Stewart Wallace,

My missus would never use, or need, the Efficient Woman's Organizer. She tells me that she is ALWAYS perfect and ALWAYS right ALL of the time.

How does one sync with Google Calendar? Have looked for online answer, appears to be a planned feature for some time. Is this done via "cloud server" config? If yes, how?

Downloaded, Registered, and added a recurring entry.
All good. All Simple.

The Major Fail?
I cannot find ANY way to synch to my other hardware whether that be my phone, a tablet, another laptop/desktop. Nothing Nada.
Cannot even find the word "synch" in the help file.

I currently use GMAIL as a rudimentary to-do list which I hoped this software would replace. BUT, I can open my Gmail system on any device Android or Windows and I get the synched version of my to-do list.

As this software means I would have to update it on every device I own manually - it is a complete waste of time, although from what I can see Synch is the only missing (important) component, for me it is the most important.
Every developer should be thinking in Cloud (synch) mode these days.

Encyclopedia Brittanica,

please try searching for "sync" and not "synch" :)

As for mobile devices - please go to Help -> About, then click "Andoid, iPhone and iPad" and read there - there is a QR code to scan in order to download on other devices, and mentions syncing between devices. So should work - I have not tried yet.

Hope this helps.

Not clear to me what the license information means. Does "If you still want to update after one year, you need to renew your code" mean that you have to buy a license, or just request a free code for another year?

I am going to try this organizer. Looks interesting. Very interesting to see how warped the culture has become with all these comments. Man/Men used extensively through the history of civilization with no problem until the culture ninja stepped in through media to corrupt innocence.

I have been around long enough to see the rise of Political Correctness and hope that I will live to see it die a slow, agonizing painful Death.

**Now let me break from the Trend of these Threads and actually talk about the Product itself! (What an amazing fuggin' Concept).**

I installed the GAOTD offering and gave it a Test Drive. My initial reaction is that it's great. It has the functionality of Microsoft Outlook without requiring that you be a Summa Cum Laude Graduate from MIT to use it. I was able to sync my phone and a second PC in about a minute and a half. Much easier than trying to accomplish the same thing with Google Tasks.Only time will tell if it fulfills all my (Manly) Time-Management needs, but so far it seems to be just what I have been looking for.

Terry Thompkins, Could you PLEASE arrange for that agonizing, painful death to the mindless, knee-jerk P.C. insanity, but make it a QUICK one instead? The quicker that happens, the sooner we can focus on things that have actual importance (like comments on the merits of the software on offer!), and the better things will be for all involved. Thanks!

Although I haven't used this particular product I do use Efficcess Free which looks almost identical to this, although this may have more features. The product I use works very well and I have never had a problem with it. I would recommend this product if it works as well as their other product and have no reason to believe it wouldn't. I really don't care about the men's or women's version even though a lot of people are trying to be somewhere in the middle these days, it doesn't offend me either way. Guess I'm not a very sensitive guy.

I like it when I can read good reviews about the software being offered as that helps in understanding it better for those of us with less technical skills. This is kind of not happening now!
Maybe because people feel the need to make sure their sexual orientation is the one accepted? In my life I have only met men and women. They have different sexual orientations but they are still men and women. As humans we should all respect each other even if we do not understand things clearly. I believe it is normal for things to be created for men and for women. I actually wear watches created for women because they are smaller than the ones for men but I am a heterosexual man.
Now can someone please post a review of the software to benefit us all.... men and women?

Welcome to the twentieth century,

Mention "men/man" and you become a label, and you hate woman, or are chauvinistic, or are part of a secret organization, etc etc. Mention "woman/female" and you are part of a label, and you are a lesbian, chauvinistic, feminist, etc etc. Blah blah blah, idiots@hashtag-wakeup. At my age, I have seen a lot and all it brings to mind is a famous picture of this child with a mean look on his over privilege face (yes he came from a wealthy family) and hiding this one toy behind his back and wanting more and not letting the other children play with his toys. Btw, which famous photographer took this B&W picture, you don't deserve the answer.

What happened to, " I used this program and it works great or did not load on my computer, etc". "I compared it to this other organizer and found out that it works like "......" this?" "Also, this is not trial ware as I see you get a lifetime use with a one year update license, etc."

This profound mind would like to know if anyone loaded it, tired it out, and how it works?

Kindest regards, (always kind regards to the socially challenged)

MS

PS, I laughed at the "Procrastinator's Organizer, comment", as that is pure sarcasm and a joke on your childish arguing.
PPS, Don't expect a reply if you do, I do not bother on most circumstances. Cheers

Just heard of this here. The short video is well organized. It looks like a cross between the excellent old Palm PDA software and Evernote. Anyone have any comparisons or experience with this package? It's a bit pricey at $30+ per year after a free trial...

Well it's no surprise this male chauvinistic title is from China, but then of course we women don't need help being efficient either. Well maybe sometimes we do, but not going to use this crap-ware. (I'll stick with C-Organizer Pro)

Jeff Thomas, I seen what I needed, and did so before I commented. This is not a gender type program little boy.

Reply   |   Comment by SFLORG  –  4 years ago  –  Did you find this comment useful? yes | no (-21)

SFLORG (Heidi-Ann), there's a woman's version. I haven't checked it out, but I'm guessing it comes with pre-loaded housewife tasks? Or perhaps PMS management tools?

Ironically, I was looking for a task manager last night. It obviously won't be this chauvinistic crap - great way to alienate 50% of possible customers

Reply   |   Comment by DG  –  4 years ago  –  Did you find this comment useful? yes | no (+5)

DG, Look at C-Organizer. We have used it personally and for business for years.

Reply   |   Comment by SFLORG  –  4 years ago  –  Did you find this comment useful? yes | no (-3)

Jeff Thomas, regardless of whether this silly marketing ploy is chauvinistic or not, as stated by someone else above there is absolutely no need for a gender difference in an organizer program, none whatsoever.

Indeed, as noted, the "Efficient Lady's Organizer" sports a pretty lil' lady pink interface (sarcasm). Also, the advertising shows a pink silhouette of a woman in a short, tight skirt, high heels, and posing in a sexy(I suppose?) way. Meanwhile, the "Efficient Man's Organizer" (which, if we're only talking about "ladies" with the other, completely separate and different-in-color software, should be labeled as "Efficient GENTLEMAN's Organizer" to be appropriate), sports a man standing in a business suit.

That alone is sexist on it's face, and the title is at minimal gender-biased. And men (or ANYONE of any gender) should have the exact same concerns if today's offering had highlighted the "lady's" version.

The ONLY difference in the two versions is that the "lady's" version "has a fashionable and pretty interface - a choice only of happy and demanding ladies!", per the website.

To the publisher, this is highly ridiculous and potentially insulting. Be a responsible software creator and simply add theme options to your program, eliminating your gender bias assertions. You may actually sell more.

Today, I refuse this download.

I can see a bit of a problem with that name, in today's world, for some people.
Also, why instantly exclude the opposite gender? Unless it's for publicity

Reply   |   Comment by Dan M.  –  4 years ago  –  Did you find this comment useful? yes | no (+9)

Dan M., probably a problem, for 'some people', as you pointed out.
Fortunately, for the majority of people still being normal, that 'some people' minority don't get to define 'today's world' !

There is, and never will be, anything wrong with making any product for a specific gender - pay no attention to SJWs, they live in their own virtual reality.

Kudos to the developer for making targeted software !!

The is also a version for the ladies:

http://www.efficientdownload.com/es/EfficientLadysOrganizer-Setup.exe

I could activate that one with the giveaway-code, too. On first sight the only difference is in the pink flower lay-out.

The license only runs to July 25, 2020. Programmed by a Brexiteer?
