Instead of installing from the Zip file, use the link given in the notepad file and click on Get the license you'll see key and also another link to download the software. It worked for me. You can also directly select and paste the following link if you are okay with that. Cheers!

ignore the setup in the zip file, use the get code in the read me file copy code and have direct download to software. it works

I had the same issue. I see that no one has answered you. I was able to get it installed and working.
(1) Download the free version from https://www.easeus.com/giveaways/contest/easeus-voice-changer.html and installed it. (It took a few minutes when I expected it to fail again,)
(2) After installation, I clicked on the upper right, I believe it was a shopping cart symbol, but I can't ne sure.
(3) Simply paste your key in the pop-up window.
Mine activated fine. Now the word "PRO" is in the upper right where it used to have whatever that symbol was and the word "UPGRADE".
I did all of this from memory, so if I missed a step I apologize. It's pretty straight forward.
Anyway, that's my $0.02...

Same experience as comment #2: installation goes to 100% and then starts over, again and again. Never completes.

tagr, after my download from the setup within the zip file kept staying in a loop (just like yours), I succeeded using the original download link.

What is the deal about "Strictly non-commercial usage" ?

The whole point of giving away something free is that it can be used in full, to whatever one want.

Might as well just download demo version of products, as this free software is not much more than that.

Its up to the software company providing the software. A user at home can use the software for free, but if you were the company who wrote this, would you be happy that Acme Corp are now using your software with 700 of their users instead of paying for 700 licences? Most software companies get the bulk of their money from commercial sales.

Allow me to point out that, on your website, you are pricing the lifetime license for $39.95 for individuals and $39.97 for students. Yes, you are charging students slightly more.

Hello,
There seems to be an issue with the download link. Although the installation process starts, it continues indefinitely without completing, and the product is never actually installed on the PC. Could you please look into this?
