I understand ripping DVDs to portable devices to watch elsewhere but since this does not support protected content perhaps I don't appreciate the value of this software.
I might be slow but "DVD RipR is perfect for digitizing your media collection" doesn't seem useful as I have hundreds of retail movies but zero video content of interest on DVD that is unencrypted but of course MMMV.

Will not rip my Blu-Ray discs since it does not recognize them. Just says "not a valid DVD folder". Tried every folder on the disc and it doesn't work. There are no other options....

R, No, the description only describes DVDs. There are many programs (paid and unpaid) that will rip music CDs and convert to MP3s. Just google it.
