Good morning! I still have version 4.1.2 from last year which has a lifetime license. My question now is: Does my old version still work or should I upgrade to the today's version? Have a great day and I hope somebody could help me with my question.

Hans Oellers, since YOU have the older version may I suggest you double click on it's desktop icon or click it's start menu shortcut and launch it and try it out on some of your existing DRM protected content... if you have none of the required DRM protected content and will not in the foreseeable future buy or rent any, what does it matter either way? We are not in possession of your older version so are unlikely to be able to answer the question you can answer all by yourself!

Hans Oellers, It´s me again. Thanks Mario and TK for answering. In this case I will not install today´s version. Right, lifetime is always better than an extended trial version. My only problem is that I haven´t used the other version yet because I don´t have anything to convert. This happens with a lot of Giveaways I download. I´m a crazy person, because I download many offers just because they are free and "maybe" one day I will really use them. :)
