Amy, Does the "Download" process have to include re-encoding it to some other codec because it is not downloading but just ripping the playing digital audio stream so needs to re-encode it into a file container? Or is it truely downloading it and can save the download in a playable format using the exact same codec the media streams in?

Why can't your program download Spotify URI's If it can't even understand spotify URI's what is the point? IF the protocol has to be http or https or maybe ftp what is the advantage to using your program over any generic downloader or even a standard web browser!

TK, Its simply a recorder, so records to MP3 in real-time - its not 'downloading' anything, but simply listening to the stream.

I can't find any way to schedule downloads. Am I missing something? Or is there no way to schedule a download in advance....is it only possible to download music/video in the moment?

Installed, created & verified an account, logged in. Then I entered a song title and it put up a rotating "I'm busy" type of wheel that just never stops. If I go to the browse page, it lets me search and it'll put up a list of links for me to buy the record. If I go to home, I can enter a title and get the rotating wheel again. This is useless. I can play a song if I give it a Youtube URL but I can't download it. I can play the song directly from YouTube without Doremi getting involved. The point of downloading is so I can play the music without being online.

I should point out that I restarted Doremi but did not reboot after installing and signing in.

After downloading and installation, I filled in the info at the Doremi site. When it opened, it was the free trial version, good, I think, for 7 days and 3 downloads per day.......What's wrong?
