Doremi Support, can it download IN the format it is stored on the servers rather than forcing conversion to lossy MP3 in addition to whatever it was originally compressed with? e.g. on youtube audio files exist as aac encoded MP4 files most of the time and to convert them to MP3 would be mostly redundant in modern players and detrimental t the overall quality/size. Or tidal downloads are encoded in lossless FLAC often at high Res much higher quality than MP3 can even dream of!

Downloaded and created my account just fine, but I've spent the last hour trying to log in. First I'm told my password is too long (17 characters, so no), then reset it and now it's too short (no). Then my email is incorrect. So can't log in.

Susan, I remember trying a password that was 17 characters long on a Microsoft account. It was too long. The entry allowed me to only use 16 characters maximum. So, maybe that's the issue. It may incorrect to assume that 17 characters is NOT too long.

I downloaded the version for Android on my phone - account setting in app shows my email address but it isn't showing it being the Pro version. I exit out of the app - force close, than reopen but still the same results. What am I doing wrong?? Thank you.

Note it is not specified but the giveaway installer is for 64bit editions of windows 7 to 10 only. It will not execute under 32bit edition installations of windows 7 to 10.
