Tried connecting my phone. The program said, "You have no photos."

Doesn't recognize my videos or photos. It works much better to connect my iPhone 13 Pro to my computer via a USB cable.

The downloader part doesn't seem to work. It says "Parsing the download address" for a very long time. Then it says "failed." Tried with both YouTube and Instagram.

For Downloading its totally and utterly useless in my experience.
It failed on 4 sites so i shant trouble any more.

I do not believe you. There never was a Windows 1.1. Windows 1.01 through 1.04 existed, but the next was Windows 2.0.

Installed & registered fine. Interface looks sharp although window not resizeable. Good so far.
Recognised phone right away and found files quickly.
Downloaded contacts and (for me) more importantly, Email contents BUT no joy with Photos or Vids.
This may be a setting on my system or it may need iTunes for that task.
I will await a more knowledgeable members input.
Definite lifetime keeper for me.
