As a test, I used two mp3 recordings of the choir of my wife. Basically a capella. The tool interpreted the applause at the end as instrumental, but the vocal part still had the same applause at a lower volume.

ds777, It appears that if you register (free) you get unlimited 30 second previews, otherwise a max of 3 tunes. That's my interpretation but they should make that clear as well as warning us about a long install.

You should not try to use a password containing the comma symbol (","). Because when you later try to type this letter in the program, it is simply ignored. But besides that, the program simply tells you that your email address is unknown, even though you just registered it. I tried several times and finally emailed to their service. Let's wait until they find a solution.

Tried this with a 320 kbps mp3 of Running up that hill. The lead synthesizer ended up on the vocal track and the bass guitar was almost non-existent. I can get the same or better results using the free open source openVINO in Audacity or online at Voice.Ai. YMMV

Even though the description above on this website describes it as "free AI Vocal Remover", the sidebar says it's only free for six months and normally sells for $9.99 a month.
However, if you go to their website, there's a free version with no usage limits.

Jeff, That confused me as well then noticed bottom left it says on free version '3/3 files left' 'upgrade for no limits' so it seems the free version gives you 3 goes before it stops working.
