After 5 minutes, it was still loading on my WIndows 11 computer. It shouldn't take that long to find my hard drives. I deleted the program.

after download i put in given serial but programme does not work says send in crash report i uninstalled and downloaded all again but still the same i have windows 11 pro 64 new computer as well so cannot understand what went wrong?
