Coolmuster Support Team, how do you deal with VSS making copies of your overwrites into shadow store database making the overwritten data retrievable and part of the next shadowcopy restore point? Also do you erase to cluster-tip end when erasing files rather than just to the end of the data? And when erasing free space do you offer optional erase cluster-tips of all files on the system as well as the unallocated space? Could you please explain what you mean by "providing deeper data cleaning options" i.e. do you bypass SSD wear leveling and erase the spare pool of FLASH memory cells or something as you'd have to be doing something pretty incredible to erase deeper than the defacto Eraser program does! Can you erase a file held open locked from access by other programs? Eraser can...
