GOTD team, sorry for the inconvenience. We've fixed the registration issue today, and we've extended the license activation validity period until August 29! You should now be able to use this license code.

Oh good the suppliers have added the original activation code to the acceptable ones.
So our existing download and install WILL NOW ACTIVATE successfully.
I simply ran my Bitwar program again and went to Activation Entered old key, and after a pause it said Successful.
=== comment I do agree with other posts here that the interface is all very pale and white. I had to guess where the box was for entering the activation code. Please use a little more contrast in the next revision - we don't all have perfect monitors, NOR perfect vision as we age.

Just downloaded and registered an account, then activated it.
All worked just fine.
If only others sent their emails so fast!

Never heard anything more from them about invalid serial nr, so will just get rid of it.
The interface is so stark white, with almost no contrast, that it's hard for me with my bad eyes to see it anyhow.

Bruce Fraser ## THANKS for your comment. After having problems with registration I have just installed Bulk Rename Utility with NO problems and have just run it to try out. Wow a nice GUI and looks very comprehensive in its abilities.

Okay still having registration issues.
I downloaded the software zip file. Then extracted the files.
I ran the setup.exe and it installed okay
I registered as a new user and successfully verified my email address by the PIN 6-digits
I then say my email up at top right as a user. I clicked on the three bar hamburger menu and selected Enter Key
I entered the key from the Activation code from the readme.txt in the zip file and it says " i The licence code does not exist"
They have my email - maybe they can send me a valid code. Over here in the UK the day is soon to expire....by the way.

Bitwar Renamer is a lightweight file renaming tool for Windows, but calling it “powerful” seems overstated. I use Advanced Renamer 4.14, which is free for personal use and offers 13 different renaming methods, including a scripting option for advanced users, whereas Bitwar Renamer provides only four basic options.

TK, you’re right—Advanced Renamer is 64-bit only from v3.90, but v3.89 still works on 32-bit systems (XP–10) and is still on their site. The portable edition is a nice extra. Advanced Renamer gives you 13 renaming methods (including scripting and metadata), flexibility with fully customizable rules, preview, and undo, and suits both beginners and power users. Bitwar Renamer offers just 4 basic methods, limited flexibility, and is aimed at simple needs on 32-bit systems—and it’s not free after trial ($9/mo, $19/yr, $39 lifetime). For anyone on 64-bit, Advanced Renamer is the clear winner.

Bulk Rename Utility does all this, and is always free for personal use.

Bulk Rename Utility is also portable, no need to install it
