This is version 7.3.5 -- changelog: ubackup.com/changelog.html . The core function of Backupper is to clone one or more hard disk partitions to a VHD [Virtual Hard Disk] archive. Not saving the free space -- only the stored data -- keeps the VHD as small as possible, though you can still optionally use compression. When you mount a VHD archive in Backupper it's as if you restored the backup to a new partition(s), and you can copy individual files & folders if you wish.

Backupper is good disk/partition image backup software with a few less bells & whistles than Macrium Reflect, which no longer has a free option and has never offered anything on GOTD. IMHO it's comparable to O&O DiskImage, with the exception that DiskImage has an option to use a Windows native VHD to store backup archives rather than a proprietary VHD format. Backupper's main [only?] weakness is that you have to modify the USB sticks it lets you create so they'll boot using Secure Boot. [It's possible to turn Secure Boot off, then turn it back on afterwards, but that's an unnecessary PITA.]

To fix the USB sticks you need to make a copy of C:\Windows\ Boot\ EFI\ bootmgfw.efi, rename that copy bootx64.efi, and use it to replace the copy on the USB stick you create with Backupper &/or Partition Assitant in [X]:\EFI\BOOT\, where [X] = the drive letter for your USB stick.

We use cable broadband, which means we have EXTREMELY LOW upload bandwidth, so I cannot say anything about Cyber Backup Premium.
