Batch AI Photo Sharpener requires a high system requirement like NVDIA/AMD/Intel high graphic card, and latest driver. Please update the Video Card / Graphic Card driver to the latest if you got errors or crashes while using Batch AI Photo Sharpener:

Woody,
You want us to go out and buy an expensive video card to run a two-bit program?
There are many programs out there that will sharpen photos on the system I use just as well as Al Photo Sharpener, probably better, Affinity Photo and ACDsee Photo Studio to name two and they don't take forever to process a photo or reduce the original size to a postage stamp when completed.

mick, No, not really. Some users just need to upgrade the video card driver then the program would work well.

Downloaded the program with no issues. Upgraded to Pro using the registration key. Have used this for most of the day and it just hangs up...nothing happens. Even let run all night on one photo....the left and right carrots just move in and out as if it's working, but nothing ever happens. When I got up this morning...still nothing...on one photo. At this point...not a fan, tbh.

Clear function works but sharp doesn't as it either oversharpens, at times to such an extent that the image looks like a papercut!

HR, the sharp mode is for some photos are too blur, maybe oversharpened a bit...

Software caused my system to crash. (Whitescreen'd with keyboard lockup)
Tried twice a JPG from my Nikon D810. It should have been a simple test.
Windows 10 Pro, 32GB ram, Intel Xeon processor, Radeon RX580 GPU.

Rollieindc, is the JPG too large? As you know AI eats a lot of RAM and GPU, if the image is too large, the single computer may not be able to sharpen it well...

Installed and ran - used registration code from email.
My first image was a JPG photo with a resolution of 1152 X 864 pixels
The "Denoise" Mode and "Photo" AI algorithm actually REDUCED the resolution to a much smaller 288 X 216 image. I couldn't really tell if it reduced any noise because the image had such a LOW resolution. Tried the "Sharp" function with similar results. I could find no options to maintain the resolution.

Brad, It seems the driver or the graphic card is not compatible. Could you please send us your graphic card type and driver version?

It works! Add an option to save to the same folder as the original.

Version 1.0 clearly not ready bata

2 algorithms (wich seem to be the same)-icon logo toon- and -photo-
6 outputs for JPG
6 outputs for PNG

Algorithms -icon logo toon- and -photo- produce an output with the same file size and look the same
As Baraga said no options to change your ok image to a good image instead it makes a bad icon/logo

Installation and registration was simple, but I really have not yet seen much benefit from the program. I tried several old photos that has been scanned form polaroids so lots of noise and lots of room for AI improvement, and also some recent selfies taken with a Pixel 7 Pro that were a bit blurry and no matter what setting I used I barely saw ANY improvement. Almost imperceptible to my eye if you compare the original to new photos. Whether I used 'clear' or 'denoise' or 'sharp' and whether or not the output was jgp or png, I saw literally zero enhancement.

And worse, the conversions took FOREVER and I have a pretty fast machine.

I appreciate that this is free, but so far, unless I am doing something wrong, irt is a waste of disk space since it just does not work, in my hands at least.

The program was installed and registered without problem, but it went into the x86 files, although my PC is x64. You might think, since it is demanding on resources, it could at least use those available.

The interface is simple, with only the basic settings.

As a test, I loaded a blurry photo. It did sharpen it, and a lot. But reduced its size to a quarter of the original. Trying a smaller photo, produced a similar reduction by the same ratio.
The solution suggested by the developer for this problem is updating the drivers. I checked, and my drivers are up-to-date. Furthermore, my W10 system has sufficient memory at 8GB.

Considering the results unusable, I uninstalled the program.

The output file has smaller resolution (1000x750 px). The resolution of original photo is 4000x3000 px. AI algorithm is Photo.

Very sub-par results, unimpressive output.

Pros - GA

Cons - Very slow, single core usage, 32bit app. Interface is very week with no preview or really any feedback of any kind. Limited options for processing, the ones that are listed are vague. Results achieved are VERY subtle and seems to be little more than a basic 'sharpening' filter with all three options tested.

Downloaded, installed, activated to PRO without a problem. And that was all that was good about this software. The GUI is primitive at best; the only options are 'Mode' (Clear/Denoise/Sharp); Output (PNG/JPG) and AI Algorithm (Icon/Photo). Unfortunately, no matter the selection, the output result was the same - a tiny little completely black picture of 35kb (JPG) or 2kb (PNG) out of a 1.5 Mb file!

Registered on a Windows 7 32-bit computer. All went well up to registration but will not work, says "a problem caused the program to stop working, Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

Sam, sorry but it doesn't support Win7 32-bit,...

TK, I am sincerely sorry that was our mistake... It doesn't work on Windows 7 32bit system... It requires Win 8 64bit or later.
