Why no before/after sample videos? I'll give this one a healthy pass.

ran program and made an account, first video to try it failed, tried a different video and it says it has a maximum length of 7 minutes, thought this was the full version?

Lots of features and configuration options promised, but after creating a mandatory audials account to activate this software, you bump into the fact that with this special edition you can not transcode videos into high quality H.264. H.265 is not even offered.

The only video transcode option offered is WebM. If you wish to use any other format, this software will ask you to buy the full version.

Just like many other apps in this category, each time you want to try different options for transcoding, you will have to download a new model. Some of those models come close to 1GB download.

Its one of those “freemium” crippled apps that you play around for a couple of minutes and then uninstall and delete the installer because of the lack of transcode options and restrictions.

Thank you GAOTD for this offer, but it was ultimately disappointing.

I have and Audials account and downloaded the program but not sure how to activate it. When I attempted to select and output format, they were all unsupported. Can anyone provide assistance?

Dennis Comito, I had to delete and re-install to get to the activation screen. My first attempt was with a 1955 8mm home movie I had converted to an MP4 video. I ran that through the software and used the upgrade option and, although the output options were very limited without purchasing the program, I used what appeared to be the only output video format option, one I've never heard of before, and put the video through the software. I really do wish the software had a split screen option to show the original because the new output to determine if the program's ability to improve the quality was worth the cost.

The files I wanted to use it on (.wmv) it would not work with and the one it did it wanted to install more software to work with.

Pretty low price for what it claims to do but I have some amateur made low res videos to try it out on.

Orfil , it uses Audials' own AI, which may be [likely is] based on one of the bigger name company's LLM, e.g., Meta, though I didn't find anything to confirm that. They list several models they can use here [towards the bottom of the page]:
