I did the installation and clicked on the update option. There was an update waiting. Why isn't this installing the latest version?

This recorder does NOT record at all!!!! I re-installed it but that did not do the trick. I tried all channels. Nothing would record. 20 Music channels. And only 13 live channels? This program does not worl like it should be. Why does the readme file say that, when we 'register', the software is activated? It is not even a pro version! An outrage indeed!

The company website (https://support.audials.com/hc/en-us/sections/360005727979-Current-Recording-Issues) reports only two open tickets, one for their Radio product and one for this product. While the English responses are sometimes "interesting" (I'm sure if I tried to respond in Romanian it would be even more awkward), it does seem that they address the issues raised in a timely manner (usually around a week to ten days). The problem log goes back to 2020 and there aren't a huge number of issues listed.

There is a set of links at the bottom of the page to direct the user to helpful debugging information.

Installed & will not natively play any UK channels without other signups.....even from the UK you cannot watch BBC.

Don't waste your time. Barely any stations, played for few seconds, then the stream stopped. That's it.

Froze during install and froze again trying to watch a show. Uninstalled. Windows 10

This software is resource intensive and if your Internet is connected to other web sites or your Internet is slow, you will have trouble watching and or recording, because you are logged in into their web site at the same time and are using their servers for the content of the audio and video and do not forget about their negging screens to update or upgrade to premium services.

I have other Audials products. I have to turn off my virus protection when recording to keep the sound and picture synchronized. If I don't, people are talking and their lips are moving at different rates.

Testing this in the past there was one consistent problem in that if you start a recording and then leave it running in the background whilst doing something else, the recording would just stop.

Decided to give this new version a whirl but it fell down straight away by not recording anything at all. Checking the default folder it was empty and when changing it, nothing changed.

Confirmed that the recording had been started because as soon as you click the button, it changes to one to stop it.
