Yes, if you install the Spotify app on your PC, it will utilize that for the downloading.

I believe if like me, you have a previous install, if trying to install this, it will state you have a newer version. So I didn't proceed. But then I noticed on my existing install, I opened the program and on the bottom left corner of the display, next to upgrade is update. So I did update and it updated new installation files successfully and I now have version 2024.1.64.0, built on 8/5/2024. Hope that may help.

Hi everybody. I hope you have a great Sunday. I have a question: Is this version a rerun or a newer version. I have Audials One 2024.SE - but here I see the number 1: Audials One 2024."1" SE. So, should I deinstall the other version in case if this one from today is newer? I hope you can answer during the day. Thanks in advanced.

When I tried to install today's giveaway, the process was interrupted by an error message to the effect that, I have a more recent version installed. I was going to overwrite, not uninstall first. In fact the above version has an update alert and so I am just going to do that.

So check your version and in case you keep updating like I do, you will not need to install the giveaway. You however lose nothing if you try to overwrite, because if you have a newer version, it will tell you.
Unlike other giveaways, IF I am not mistaken, Audials always gives free updates but stand to be corrected.

Hans Oellers, the versions are the same. I used the DOS program fc.exe to compare the files Setup.exe of both versions and the result was: no differences found.
