Record your computer screen activities easily.

ASTRA32 - Advanced System Information Tool is an ideal solution for providing comprehensive information about the configuration of your system. Not only does ASTRA32 provide a detailed analysis of your system it also offers diagnostics and comes with some powerful unique features such as a Drivers Troubleshooter and a quick HDD Health Status checker.

You will appreciate the accuracy with which ASTRA32 acquires the information about the detected devices as it mostly refers directly to the hardware not to the Windows Registry. ASTRA32 uncovers even undocumented data. You can be sure that the obtained information about the computer hardware and device operational modes is precise irrespective of the installed drivers.

ASTRA32 has a unique feature (Drivers Troubleshooter) that allows searching for all physical devices and creates a list of all devices whose drivers are not properly installed or completely missing.

ASTRA32 will also test your hard drive for reliability and work out the diagnosis using a unique algorithm. With the Quick HDD Health Status checker function, you will always know if your hard drive is OK or if it is time to create a backup. Be aware of all contingencies.

ASTRA32 works even with hard drives plugged in to external UDMA/SATA controllers. The program also provides detailed information about all USB and SCSI devices.

Others features of the program include a built-in report wizard and an ability to work in a batch mode, which supports the use of report profiles and macros. The program can create reports in one of the following formats: TXT, INI, HTML, XML, CSV.

With ASTRA32, you will quickly have complete information about your whole computer system. The benefits for PC repair technicians and system administrators are obvious.

#56 says: "Wonder how many people read the license agreement which states that his is only a 30 day trial.(Is this trial only with this specific software or with all the offered software?)"

56, you have to watch the dates. Each program is only free for one day, you have to download, install and activate all on the same day of the free offer. After the free 24 hrs is gone then each program reverts to the trial version. Only the current day's offering is free with no limitations or trial versions, the rest of the software listed is just to show you what was previously offered. Astra32 was offered on 12/20, you posted on 12/22 so you missed that free offer.

Astra was was a very valuable tool to me. I found that my hard disk was operating at only a 47% rate and I lost my backup hard drive abut two months ago and had not replaced. I was able to get a backup drive today and will install it tomorrow.

Nice initiative.Wonder how many people read the license agreement which states that his is only a 30 day trial.(Is this trial only with this specific software or with all the offered software?) Or maybe my understanding of these things (EULA) is insufficient. Wouldn't be the first time. Would be nice if it had a search function that searched for your searchwords in online movie databases. If I would type an actors name it would list the movies made by that actor and you would be able to add these to your database collection from the list by (un)checking the title.Would really increase the speed of adding titles.Maybe in a future version. Will recommend the site.Keep it up.

Astra32 downloaded successfully and appears to be very useful diagnostic tool. Lists all my computer systems and components correctly, so far as I can tell at this time. After downloading, I deleted all but the main icon, which remains on my desktop, ready for use as needed. No problems! Thanks.

I lost it due to the time issue at your servers. Could you please let it available for the same time it was NOT available due to the time issue? I mean, for an additional 5 hours period (and announce) it, please!?!?? Maybe other people experienced the same problem I did.
Thanks.

The problem with giveaway timing was caused by server restart in the remote datacenter. Admins restart the server due to database's low performance and forgot to check the system date after restart, hence the giveaway ended 5 hours earlier than usual.
We apologize for this inconvenience.

The big problem is that when it is detecting what is on your computer, it takes a long time. Not only does it take a long time, it takes lots of system memory so everything goes slow and freezes up. You have to give it some time, especially on it's first run.

This is a fantastic program that gives me more info about my computer than I ever dreamed there was. I checked the health of all three HDD's on my main system and was horrified to find that all three were "bad" and was advised to back up everything because the HDD's were very likely to breakdown. I checked the program on one of my other computers and those HDD's were fine, so just in case this info isn't a glitch, I've already ordered two big HDD's. (as a Christmas present to myself)
Has anyone else had the same message about their HDD's?

I'll probably buy this program once I have everything reinstalled. As well as some of the earlier giveaways such as Flash Paste and the note pad from the other day.

Keep up the good work Giveaway team. Thanks for some fantastic programs.

Worked fine here. Seems nice, but unless I can check the temperature with it (which I didn't see a way to do, but I didn't look that hard on my first and only run) I can't replace the earlier program I used.

I've tried a lot of these "sysinfo" programs -- this is the most comprehensive one I've used. Excellent! This goes *way* beyond what you'll find in Windows System Manager. Thanks, GotD!

Tried on XP pro sp2 computer (Athlon 64 processor).
Was not able to use my dial-up connection anymore after installation and after using the software. Had to restore computer before installation to get my connection back. Software was uninstalled.
I do not recommend to use that software.

Also, I forgot to mention to "A Moontread"; the problem may be with your Compression Utility, not the file itself. If this happens regularly, you may want to try another Compression Utility program.

If you are using the Windows XP Unzip Utility, I find that to be quite annoying to use; and some .zip files, while they look the same, they may actually be a different zip-type compression.

There are, to my knowledge, three compression algorithims for .zip files, and XP only un-zips one.

You can try searching this site for a new Utility, and if you only want to Un-Zip .zip files, then I reccomend 7-zip. However, this program is extremely slow at Compressing .zip files.

Iam having a big problem with these downloads. I am asked to register with a registration code and my downloads are only trial versions for 30 days. Anyone know how to bypass this or how to solve this problem. Also can these downloads be burned onto CD's so they don't eat all of our memory on our PC's? Thank you for your help!

This is an excellent way to gain popularity for your site. Bravo. Plus, the programs offered aren't junk like many of the other programs I have tried. It was a few days ago I downloaded a program from this site that fixed my problem in minutes, unlike my old program which was very buggy and malfunctioned often. I will say this is one excellent success for me, you, and everyone else who comes here. I have informed my friends of your offers and they say they will come regularly too. Keep this up and you'll be the top download site on the web. Go for it! Beat Download.com!

Downloaded it, installed it, run it, and it made my system not stabil, run it again and it restarted my computer just like that.

After bootup complete opened add or remove programs and unistalled ASTRA32.

I get 'No Zip file, bad Zip file or part of a spanned/split Zip file' pop-up with cursor-over, and corrupt file error when trying to install (from either server download). This happened with a couple of other zips last week.
