When I run the install program, a black rectangle comes up. There is no popup shown so no way to input Ashampoo sigh-in info. What to do?

I haven't received an email link either the handful of times I've tried in the last few weeks. When it first happened, several other people mentioned not getting a link, but I didn't see any resolution to that. I mentioned it once myself in a previous giveaway and nothing happened. I tried again today and still no email link.

I'm close to giving up on this site because when I post and there's no response or solution, I can only assume I've been banned and am not wanted here. I don't know why or what I did wrong.

we see no problems with your email on our side,
but we are experiencing difficulties with some email providers blocking, rejecting or delaying
our letters for no obvious reason.

Unfortunately the only workaround so far is to use another email provider.

I tried 2 different email addresses & did not receive the email. I also suddenly stopped getting the daily giveaway on 8/26???
