Apowersoft Ltd., i have a problem too: i load some videos, but i get 0x0 as resolution and gear button with compress button do nothing ...it is an avi but won't work for original nor for convert to mp4 https://prnt.sc/17hv19e , is there a way to force convert it since it was loaded and should work but doesn't? luckily so far most other files i tried worked fine but few didn't but i assume soon i'll find many of them so any help/alternative is appreciated

I give up. I got an initial verification code to establish signing up. There is a window open now that will not close. It does not accept the activation code that was downloaded with the software. There is no way for me to withdraw nor to progress. I will try one last time. What a round-about way to activate. Irritating. And don't tell me I did not read the instructions.

I'm not familiar with this type of program. If a video is compressed, does it have to be decompressed to be viewed? If no, is the quality of the video diminished? If yes, what happens to a decompressed video after the one year trial is passed?

Richard Tarno, no need to decompress when viewing the video. The file will not be compressed into zip format. As for the file quality, it depends on the degree of compression. You can adjust it by dragging the progress bar. BTW, don't worry about the decompressed file, it will not be affected after trial passed. Thank you!
