Please follow the guide to register Apeaksoft MobieTrans:
Step 1. Download Zip package from GOTD.
Step 2. Unzip the Package and run setup.exe to install it.
Step 3. Select the disc type to enter the main interface. In the popup window, click “Register” to enter the register window. Then click "Get Free Registration Code" button to visit the registration page, where input your username and email address to receive the registration code for free.
Step 4. Back to the software interface, click “Register” button and paste received registration code under “License Key” to register it successfully.
Note: Check Junk or Spam email if you can't find the free registration code.

Indeed, if they claim "without iTunes" so they better deliver in an "iTunes free" system. If iTunes is needed in the background than they should rephrase their description.

Godfrey Drive, It needs the drivers required to read and write to the iPhone, these come along with iTunes and legally cannot be packaged inside the installer as it is Apple intellectual property. You do not need to use iTunes as such to transfer the information but system drivers installed by iTunes are required.

Godfrey Drive, Technically, yes. However I find that iTunes always embeds itself so that just having it on your system is a PITA cos u have to reset a bunch of stuff (tho at least it doesn't cause BSOD like Google does to me).

Apeaksoft Studio, why don't you have your installer just download the relevent itunes installer, extract the needed drivers, install just the needed drivers and discard the rest of the installer?

Apeaksoft Studio, this is why you do not distribute the installer or drivers in your distribution but download it from apple, and extract the driver package and install it dynamically within your installer. You are not redistributing the installer or drivers from your server or within your installer just downloading the installer like you'd be insisting the end users do anyway but instead just installing the drivers and not the whole package. It is a procedure at least one other provider of similar software to your own does and does not apear to offend apple. Don't forget you are using apples drivers anyway .... are you required to ask their permission to use them? no and you'd not be required to get extra permission to do this procedure as far as I can tell... feel free to get a professional legal opinion.
I believe you'd only need to get apples permission if you wanted to include the extracted drivers installer within your installer, the reason being is you'd have to include procedures to let apple push an update to the drivers distributed in case a security or stability driver update is required.
on a variation of the requirement to use apples drivers and therefor you require itunes installation... could end users temporarily install itunes to get the drivers package installed plug in apple device to ensure drivers are fully installed an enumerated and tehn uninstall itunes... would the drivers remain on the system or would they be deleted by the itunes uninstaller?
