I wanted to edit a video. That means also trim, split. Does not have that functionality. Or none that is visible to me.

Similar to Paul's findings (#3), this program is buggy. A simple application of a transition effect resulted in an "application fault" it said. Not only that, the program didn't allow for drag and drop into the editor (fail) and I could not find the play or preview button (fail). Revo uninstalled.

This appears to be yet another version of the standard simple video editor offered under many brand names, such as Aiseesoft, Aimersoft, Leawo, iSkySoft etc.
It's not very powerful or flexible, but fine for simple editing jobs.

I'm currently building a house, and I have been taking a photo each day as the build progresses. My intention was to combine these into a timelapse video. AnyMP4 Video Editor seemed like the perfect thing to quickly throw them together and produce a video.
However, it crashes constantly. Apply a theme - crash. Full-screen preview - crash. Export to file - "Exception: The thread attempts to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have access."
This isn't worth my time trying to diagnose the issue. Give this one a miss.

Nice product, but today it is much less complete than VideoProc Vlogger, also free, but without any time limit for the license and making 4K/8K accelerated edition (MacOS & Windows).

Col Spontz, Your comment incorrectly states that VideoProc is FREE, but it is not. They give you a short "Try before you buy" period and then charge $29 per year to use the program. Perhaps you forgot you paid for this program?

VideoProc Vlogger is definitely free...You provide an email and they send you the lifetime full license. You must be confusing with the Video Proc converter, which is $29 indeed ?

"VideoProc Vlogger" is indeed free according to their website. "VideoProc" is not free. However, I don't know anything about VideoProc Vlogger or what it does. I do know more about VideoProc having used it for three years or so now. It is an excellent program for most simple video editing and converting needs.
