I have tried to register but failed, I get a message "Microsoft Edge can't be opened using the Built-in Administrator account. Sign in with a different account and try again"
I tried to register again with two more different accounts but with the same response and no registration was sent to the either email.

" 9. Will Kingo void your warranty?
Yes, it indeed does. Rooting is essentially tampering with your device system. And it is strickly banned by manufacturers and carriers. If you want to return a phone with root access on it, and they happen to check it, they have every right to decline your request because your phone was tampered with.
Rooting, iIN MOST CASES, will not damage your hardware. It is merely a process of copying file to your system partition. SuperSU and Kingo all have "REMOVE ROOT/UNROOT" function built in themselves.
As always, root at your own risk."

Tried it, wish I hadn't though. Installed and registered fine, (email with code found its way int spam, but soon found it) usb debugging needed which is normal, but then after initial device scan, suggests Kingo Root be installed to complete the task. The Kingo install seemed to allow 3 other programs to silently install themselves too, could have been a coincidence. An antivirus prog, an anti malware prog, and Chromium. I also encountered persistent adware possibly as a result of the silent installs, so performed a hard shut down and started the process of removing all. If the program was all inclusive, i.e built in rooting in a safe environment, fine. Not that i'm sure that rooting without advise first, is a good idea, I recall this may invalidate phones, I could be wrong. The rooting software also added programs to my phone, surely that would make recovery much harder. Maybe I just had a bad experience, would advise caution. Thanks gaotd, but not a keeper. If anyone else had similar issues, would much appreciate their input, thx.

Andrew Hodgson, I installed The Kingo and soon after my battery was draining very fast ie full charge 9am 12 noon 15 % Factory reset and fone charge holding ie 8am 100% 20.00pm 73%

Andrew Hodgson, Thank-you for taking time out to post this comment. 1 reason being that I only know one thing about rooting which is it invalidates your phones warranty. The other reason..... my Xperia XA1 Ultra is literally 1 week old today!!
