You need to read the the instructions in the first post "After login, if it still shows 14-day free trial, please re-open the software".

well tried this but every time I click on download I get another screen that tells me to try the pro version and it won't let me past that if I close that screen and click on download that screen pops up again.
Tried several times and different places to get song from but upgrade to pro version try it for free keeps coming up. I guess time to uninstall it

Very confused, downloaded & using their link to register for lifetime usage. comes up as a 12 months fee licence. Program is showing 14 days free trial. Did as instructed with no change to 14 day trial ... it will be interesting if this still applies.
I eventually found the folder that it downloaded too in my videos folder (Amoyshare) more by chance than any direction. My opinion is, it is a very complicated piece of software Download button option says no video available for download ?

Tried to register but got the message that my email address had already been registered. Tried to recover my password but the promised email never arrived. Set up a brand new email address and got the same message. Tried to contact customer support but still haven't received any response from them. lost interest in this software and in this company, if that's the best they can do then no thanks Another useless GOTD offering.

TK: I tried and tried and tried to reply to your post, but for some reason it just went round and round and round and never posted. In any case, Not Clear? Com'On TK what do you expect a piece of software to do for you; Everything? I'd say their disclaimer is self explanatory and protects them from any impunity. If your saying you want it to make sure the music itself doesn't contain unwanted data then again; Com'On Man.

Does this program allow one to download free music legally only from legal sources? Also, would it prevent one from accidentally downloading copyrighted music?

Had issues with my sound after installing, had to reinstall drivers then it disabled my bluetooth for some reason and I had a lot of time getting it back to work again. I left it uninstalled too many issues with it for me.

Nellie, there is no need to have a Facebook account. You can ask for the link via a mail address.

Nellie, there's a couple of really simple solutions to that - open a Facebook account, or just click the email link instead. As far as I'm aware complaining about it isn't a solution.

Same problem as others have, installed fine, created an account, logged in successfully into the program but when trying to activate the license in the program, the error "Oops! You've not purchased yet." pops up.

Send an email to them like 2 or 3 hours ago, still no answer from anyone. I guess they already left the office for good.

You installed AND you have logged in the program suceesfully
More is not needed. You're are ready to go.
Where do you see something to activated the license?
This program works with a account.

Ootje, after you logged in, you need to activate the license or else you are left with a free 14 day trial version.

So what you need to do is click the key symbol in the top right first and then select "Activate".

Just logging in isn't enough!

I have read your command AND seen your screen's. The screen's here are different from mine and I understand your comment's.

Did you restart the program after logging in?

Dave, same here. I don't see any way to fix this on our end, since we did everything as described. I mean the account is fine, i can even reset my password and login, dunno what else to do.

Will not activate.
Just keeps telling me I have 14 days trial left
When I click to activate it keeps saying:

I guess I'll be uninstalling this having spent half an hour trying various ways to activate it.

Ootje, you can't activate the program from within the program without an account and being logged in... so the answer is probably yes.

Chasm, I did install program again in Win10-64.
And when I enter a strange mail-account I can read, that that mail-account is not recognized.
The same with a wrong password.
In the same screen I can follow a link and create a new account and after that the login it is a piece of cake.
I tried it with 4 new accounts.
