is anyone having problems with Anymusic ? because I am unable to download music I noticed it yesterday

For my Windows 7 64, AmoyShare Any Music only works after exiting all other tasks and rebooting to [ Safe mode with networking ] where I can "log in / sign in" to register it using yet another different lifetime membership email alias, and then search and download videos and music from the web, but cannot watch or listen to them in safe mode because there are no video or sound drivers loaded.

Nice extensive search, but too little information or ambiguous unexplained information on what is found, such as what site any response is coming from, and I'm not sure how to iteratively refine or modify a search, perhaps I have to start each refinement as a new search, there is no "search within results".

It's a pity that programmers seem unaware that we have BIG display screens, as this only uses a central column for information to scroll a long vertical list, most of which is off screen, instead of using the enormous space left and right that is available on today's HD video display screens -- seriously, count the number of results to a search ( a lot ), and then count the number of results available on screen at one time ( a couple ).

Sadly, the AmoyShare representative on this thread seems averse or unable to help resolve issues, defending the software instead as we report failures.

I'll use free AbelsSoft YSD YouTube Song Downloader instead, which is clean at VirusTotal, and works without having to constantly abandon all other tasks and reboot into [ Safe mode with networking ].

I hope our feedback helps improve AmoyShare for the next go-round whenever, but not this time.

Here, especially, is where you can also respond, "... can you pl[ea]s[e] offer more details ..." ( what, are you on a phone?!?).

Your response here of "... We will keep working hard for a better service and product ..." would be better applied to complaints in this thread, of which there are many.

Thanks, and I'm looking forward to a future offer from AmoyShare that might actually work on my standard Windows computer, but you seem averse to engaging and resolving failures ... oh well ...

Downloaded and installed easily, but when tested on a small 3 min youtube file, it continued showing that "Downloading" was still in progress, despite the fact that the file had been already downloaded in full. Strange.

You can not sign in Homepage, only a white window. Current firefox.
To register without any problems.

Downloaded and installed the 64-bit version on 64-bit version of Windows 7 SP1: frozen interface, reacted after 10 minutes, impossible to do anything with it. Restarted, turned computer off and on, same result. Uninstalled, reinstalled 32-bit version, same result. Completely useless because interface freezes and I cannot even login or do anything. Checked administrator, the Anymusic exe opened 9 times. Any solution to this? Thanks

I am also having same problems downloaded it and does not want to open at all, did what you did Roger I uninstalled it and install 32-bit version got same result nothing. I do not know if this is a good thing or not. Think I might stick to youtube.

I have the same issue -- AmoyShare Any Music loads into memory ( once with nine sub-loaded versions ) but never appears on screen, but only reserves display space, offering no actual interactive display information, and I have to kill it in Task Manager ... but it works when rebooting into [ Safe mode with networking ].

So, what is a "computer configuration" to you?

Is this okay?

Windows 7 64 v6.1.7601,
1680x1050 screen at native 100%,
Mobile Intel 4 Express video 2012 driver,
Java jre1.8.0_181.

My subscription says "AnyMusic Win Annually" and according to the AnyMusic Team, lifetime membership is applied to all version of AnyMusic. Our giveaway is only available for the new users (which I am). So, is this only the 1 year membership that will expire in a year or is this the lifetime membership that was promised??
