It seems that the software has three components, 1. Data recovery, 2.System recovery, 3. Data backup and restore, I successfully activated the software, it seems, but only the 1st component. Whenever I try to run the two other functions I get the message that I am using an unregistered version and I need to register before I can use it. So how is it a giveaway for a software that costs $80 but you can only try 1/3 of the functions? That wasn't mentioned in the giveaway.

Hmmm... I followed the free registration instructions, but when I completed the task, a message flashed in front of me about an "annual license" and then disappeared! No warnings at this GOTD page about "annual" versus lifetime, so I assumed it was not limited. To the vendor's credit, after following the registration instructions, I immediately received the license code, and was able to register the software. Still not sure if it is an annual or lifetime, though. I ask the vendor to please clarify for all of us. Thanks to vendor and GOTD for the software.
